How do I choose the right shoe size for me?

Shoe sizes are not standardized and therefore often vary from manufacturer to manufacturer. To determine your correct shoe size, it is best to use our size scale as a guide, which is displayed on every product page in our collection. You can use these guidelines to determine the right shoe size for you.

I specified the wrong size when ordering. Can I still change this?

As long as your new pair of shoes has not yet been sent to you, a change is not a problem. Simply send an email to: service@henry-stevens.com

Where are Henry Stevens shoes made?

For our collection, we work closely with European shoe manufacturers in Spain, Italiy and Portugal. Designed in Berlin, true masters of the trade are involved in shoe production and make our dream shoes by hand.

How safe is shopping on Henry.stevens.de?

When you enter data with us, this happens via a secure connection. We use the 128-bit SSL procedure to protect your data from access by unauthorized persons. So you can make your purchase with us without worry.

I lost my password, what can I do?

If you have forgotten your password, simply have a new one sent to you. This is done using the option Forgot password , which you can see below the login grid. Or you can write an email to service@henry-stevens.com

How does the payment work?

When you proceed to checkout with your item, we will ask you for your preferred payment method. You can choose to pay by credit card (Visa, Mastercard & American Express), PayPal, Klarna invoice purchase or Amazon Pay.

How much are the shipping costs?

Shipments are free for orders over €149. For orders under €149, shipping costs of €4.95 apply. When ordering a shoe polishing machine, shipping costs of €29.95 apply.

Why don't I receive a confirmation email?

There are two possible reasons for this. Either you made a mistake when entering your email address or the confirmation email from us ended up in your email provider's spam folder. Check there or send us an email to: service@henry-stevens.com

My new shoes don't fit me. Can I return them?

Despite all the care, your new pair of welted shoes doesn't fit? No problem, we offer a 14-day exchange guarantee. If you return the item, you will not incur any return costs if you use our return label. In the case of "unpaid" or self-stamped packages - which do not have our return label - you will bear the costs incurred. For more information, please see the Item return.

The shoes were damaged during delivery. What now?

Don't worry. All our deliveries are of course insured and any damaged goods will be replaced immediately. All we ask is that you contact our customer service. Send an email to: service@henry-stevens.com

How long does it take to receive my order?

If we receive your order by 3pm on a working day, we will process it the same day and send your new pair of welted shoes to you. You can have your shoes in your hands just 2 - 4 days later.

How and when will I be notified if a pair of shoes is out of stock?

Our inventory management system shows you in the shop whether a pair of shoes is in stock. If the shoes are sold out, you can still pre-order them. As soon as the shoes are available, we will deliver them to you.
